How can I release the legendary dog Pokemon silver? How can I break the rocks? I have no problem catching them. My only question is how to break stones and to relieve them. What pokemons and techniques that I need?

All u need to do is to visit the city Ecruteak
Then you need or get the HM Rock Smash
Then simply use the rocks
Book Ecruteak City. Enter the tower. Breaking the rock, I suppose, Rock Smash (this is a HM). The rest is up to you.
